Day 1 Arrive and check in to the hotel. Enjoy a casual walk around this walkable city. We will have a group dinner to get to know each other and hear about the city!
Day 2 Breakfast on your own and city walking tour including shopping in the mercado and lunch in the mercado. Afternoon on your own to rest and explore or join us for some shopping, a museum and a nice dinner.
Day 3 Culinary school, all day class starts in the late morning and includes a fabulous meal you have helped prepare. Relax at the pool at the hotel, maybe with a margarita in hand? We will explore some of the city’s nightlife with a bar hop!
Day 4 Today we will take a day trip to Progresso, a nearby beach town for lunch on the beach and then visit a cenote, where we will dive into the clear waters of the natural, underground pool.
Day 5 After breakfast, we will visit ruins all over town, as well as some art galleries via horse and carriage! More great food and a nice siesta at the hotel or freetime before tonight’s farewell group dinner.
Day 6 Depart for home
